Gate House
The Gate House is available for the use and enjoyment of all Fiddlers Hill residents. The Gate House should be cleaned after each use and any issues should be promptly reported to the HOA Board.
If a homeowner or their guests violate any of the established rules and regulations governing the use of the Gate House facilities, the right-to-use of a homeowner will be suspended for a period to be determined by the HOA Board of Directors.
The Gate House may not be used for any “for profit” business purpose.
The maximum occupancy for Gate House reservations is forty-five (45), as set by the City of Stillwater.
If an event includes minors (under 18 years old), the reserving homeowner will ensure that a minimum of one (1) homeowner (adult) is present for each fifteen (15) minors.
External doors must be kept closed when the heater or air conditioner is on.
Smoking in the Gate House or around the doors is not permitted.
Animals (pets) are not allowed in the Gate House at any time.
